I've visited Cell Phone City in the Northcrest shopping center on 3 occasions. All have been great experiences. Most recently I stopped by to have a cracked camera screen repaired. Entering the store I'm always promptly greeted by the store owner. He was quickly able to give me a price estimate (60% cheaper than a local competitor, $70 vs $150) the part he needed was out of stock but he told me he could have it the next day. The next day he called me and I went to have the part changed. It took about a half hour and looks and works great. This is a locally owned business worth supporting!!!

Had a small issue with my phone and he knew a workaround that I didn’t didn’t ask for payment have also been there before for new screens always quick and priced lower than other places

I had a problem with my ear speaker. I had visited another repair store and they told me it would take 7 hours to repair. I then remembered Cell Phone City. Called and spoke with the owner. Phone was repaired in one hour. Awesome service and very reasonable.
