The standard data recovery price includes the following

• Device repair (we repair the device for data recovery only, not for normal use)
  • Unfortunately, data recovery can be complicated and many times we are not able to make your device fully functional, but we are able to get the phone to a state that makes data recovery possible. For this reason, your phone most likely wont be usable but your data will be saved.
• iTunes backup file (you can restore your new phone with this file)
• 128GB ssd drive w/ enclosure
• Requested data from device
  • Put into folders, so you can find what you need
  • Messages will be put into easy to read format

Cell Phone City can back your data up on any of the following drives: 128gb (included), 256Gb, 512Gb or 1TB SSD if your situation requires it for an extra cost. Please contact us directly if you have a lot of data to recover.

Previous attempts to work on your device 

In many cases, someone has already attempted to work on the device that needs data recovery. In these cases, we will have to spend more time to correct any damage or mistakes that were made. This is why any phone we receive that has had previous board level repairs attempted will be quoted a higher price.

Passcode

It is not possible for us to recover data without a passcode.
